President Jaime I. Manuel, Jr. recognizes DMMMSU Orchestra during the University’s Foundation Celebration on January 15, 2021.

In his greetings before his report, he emphasized that DMMMSU Orchestra is one of the legacies of Dr. Dr. Bienvenido P. Agpaoa, the first President of the University who served DMMMSU as President from January 1981 to October 1988.
