On August 2020, the Quick Campus Flexible School Management System will be pilot tested at the DMMMSU Open University System in response to the changing needs of students and faculty members during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic.
With this flexible school management system, DOUS will be able to effectively and efficiently manage school-related data and transactions and better serve its clientele. A school management system is important because it helps the school to manage the vital processes and operations that concern its faculty and students.
The Quick Campus Flexible School Management System includes the following core academic modules: campus operation system, financial accounting system, and public web portal system.
The Campus Operation system includes an Admission and Testing Support module, Marketing Support module, Student Information (Registrar) module, Enrolment Support module, and Student Performance (Grade book) module.
Further, the Financial Accounting system includes an Accounts Receivable (Cashiering) module.
The Public Web Portal system includes the following:
- Self-service Kiosks / Applicants/Students/Alumni/Parents/Employees-Faculty Portal
- parentUpp iOS/Android app integration (The Philippines’ First Mobile Parenting App and winner of UN framed World Summit Award for Southeast Asia for best ICT practice)
- studentUpp iOS/Android app integration (iOS 2015 release, Android TBA 2020)
- teacherUpp iOS/Android app integration (TBA 2020-2021)
- Free CMS/Website hosting of school’s website
