The delegates from the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers-Council of Student Chapters (IIEE-CSC) DMMMSU Chapter won in the IIEE 14^th Regional Student Conference quiz shows held at Nueva Vizcaya State University-Bambang Campus last September 27-29, 2018.

The university contingent won the championship in the 18^th Regional Math Wizard besting 12 other electrical engineering institutions from Regions 1, 2 and the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR). The lineup is composed of team captain Lester A. Tangalin (BSEE V), Merryll Faye R. Milan (BSEE V), Michael Angelo R. Avila (BSEE IV), Rhino Jay P. Hafalla (BSEE IV) and Joshua F. Casuga (BSEE IV). In the Math Wizard, Isabela State University (ISU) won 1^st runner-up while Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (MMSU) won 2^nd-runner up.

Meanwhile, in the 32^nd Regional Quiz Show showcasing questions from professional electrical engineering subjects and mathematics, the university team was adjudged 2^nd-runner up from the same pool of institutions. The contingent is composed of team captain Shafi A. Gabon (BSEE V), Lester A. Tangalin (BSEE V), Nathalia A. Padua (BSEE V), Jason B. Rosal (BSEE V) and Joshua F. Casuga (BSEE IV). In the Quiz Show, ISU won the championship while Cagayan State University won 1^st-runner up.

The contingent was accompanied by coaches Engr. Luis A. Tattao and Engr. Ryan John E. Rivera together with Engr. Grace A. Llobrera, Chapter Adviser and Engr. Marc-Eric E. Villanueva, Chairperson Electrical Engineering department.

Both teams from the university are qualified in the national level to be held next year.
