Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – North La Union Campus (DMMMSU-NLUC) welcomed the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Report Card Survey representative on December 23, 2024 and January 6-7, 2025.

The ARTA Report Card Survey is a key tool for assessing compliance with the law, particularly the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) and Anti-Red Tape Act. It evaluates different aspects of government services, such as frontline operations, citizen feedback systems, and overall process efficiency. This supports the law’s aim of simplifying government procedures and reducing bureaucratic red tape.

This visit highlights the university’s steadfast commitment to promoting transparency, efficiency, and accountability in public service delivery. This aligns with the EODB and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (Republic Act No. 11032). The successful conduct of the survey was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the campus chancellor, Dr. Junifer Rey E. Tabafunda, Head of Quality Assurance, Dr. Anny Ross A. Bayan, and Ms. Judyleen Sanchez, Human Resource Management Officer.

Through their unified approach, they facilitated a smooth and productive collaboration with the ARTA team, emphasizing DMMMSU-NLUC’s commitment to promoting effective and efficient public service in alignment with national regulations. (By RMVerganio)
