Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU) – Central Administration (CA) welcomed a representative from the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) for a Report Card Survey visit on January 6, 2025.

The Report Card Survey is vital for assessing compliance with the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (Section 20 of Republic Act No. 11032) and the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 (Republic Act No. 9485). This evaluation focuses on the quality, efficiency, and adequacy of government services, encompassing frontline operations, citizen feedback mechanisms, and the overall effectiveness of institutional processes. Additionally, it examines the efficacy of the Citizen’s Charter in alleviating regulatory burdens and assesses the influence of human resource systems and initiatives on the delivery of efficient government services.

During the visit, the ARTA representative convened with Dr. Jaime I. Manuel, Jr., University President, Prof. Lilito D. Gavina, Vice President for Administration and Quality Assurance (VP-AQA), and the Quality Assurance Team for a brief meeting following an on-site tour of the Central Administration Offices.

The Office of the VP-AQA coordinated the survey under the guidance of Prof. Gavina and Atty. Kate C. Potingan-Licay, Director for Quality Assurance.
