Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – Open University System (DMMMSU-OUS) welcomed the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Report Card Survey representative on December 19, 2024.

The ARTA Report Card Survey serves as a critical tool in evaluating compliance with the law, focusing on the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) and Anti-Red Tape Act. It assesses various aspects of government services, including frontline operations, citizen feedback mechanisms, and the overall efficiency of institutional processes, in line with the law’s goal of streamlining government procedures and reducing bureaucratic red tape.

This visit highlights the university’s steadfast commitment to promoting transparency, efficiency, and accountability in public service delivery, in alignment with the EODB and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 (Republic Act No. 11032).

The successful conduct of the survey was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Office of the Executive Director, led by Dr. Bernardo D. Lamadrid, and Dr. Genevieve C. Cadaoas, Head of the Quality Assurance Team. Their coordinated approach ensured a seamless and productive engagement with the ARTA team, reinforcing DMMMSU-OUS’s dedication to fostering effective and efficient public service in compliance with national regulations.
