San Juan, La Union – Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU) was declared champion in the AREX-1 Sports Shooting Clinic and Competition organized by the Association of Regional Executives-1 (AREX UNO).

The event was held at the San Juan ELYU Shooting Range in San Juan, La Union, on December 14, 2024, with DMMMSU and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) as the final competing teams.

Originally part of the AREX UNO regional sports events, the competition faced multiple delays due to scheduling conflicts and limited participation.
