The video entry of three second-year BS Agriculture students, Junyll D. Agbunag, Guillane D. Ruiz, and Blessy M Soriano, titled Conserve the soil, grow a sustainable future, won first place in the Keep it Reel: World Soil Day video making a contest of the DA-Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM). The team received a cash prize of Php 10,000.00. In addition, their video entry also won the People’s Choice Award for garnering the highest number of views on Facebook. This earned for them Php 3,000.00 cash prize. 

The awarding ceremony was held on December 5, 2024, during the World Soil Day Culminating Program at the BSWM Convention Hall, Diliman, Quezon City.  (by Julius Caesar Amoyen)
