During the program, Mr. June C. Pinayakan, Community Affairs Officer, and Dr. Rodelio B. Bagawi, Provincial Veterinarian, alongside other representatives of Mountain Province’s Provincial Government Offices, conveyed their gratitude to the resource speakers for their commitment to sharing valuable knowledge and skills in beekeeping. Mr. Bagawi emphasized, “We organized this training because beekeeping has been selected as one of the top provincial commodities in our province.”

The three-day training, organized by the Provincial Veterinary Office of Mountain Province, through the Province Led Agricultural Fisheries System (PAFES), was designed to equip the participants with a comprehensive understanding of beekeeping practices and techniques. The AEWs are expected to serve as a driving force for beekeeping development within the province on behalf of the provincial government. (By Arvin C. Tuyan)
