Dr. Eduardo C. Corpuz, Chancellor of DMMMSU-MLUC, offered a distinctive perspective on this year’s Police Community Relations (PCR) Month celebration with the theme, “Ligtas Ka sa Bagong Pilipinas!”. He served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the culmination event at Camp Diego Silang in San Fernando, La Union, on July 31, 2024.
