We are pleased to introduce MS. MEGUMI FUKUDA. She is a bonafide member of the Japan International Cooperation Agency- Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JICA-JOVC); and is assigned to the university from April 2019 to May 2020—to assist in the establishment of lT Application Development & Research Laboratory Project. Specifically, she is assigned at DMMMSU- Mid La Union Campus.

Ms. Megumi is a graduate of BA in Informatics Arts, and Master of Education and Development and MA Education and Development in Japan.
