Seventeen (17) fourth-year BS Nursing students participated in the 23rd Regional Nursing Research Congress at Saint Louis University, Baguio City, on May 4, 2024. The Research Congress was anchored in the theme Illuminating Diverse Research Approaches that Shape Healthcare.
These 17 students who researched in teams presented 10 research studies — 3 for podium presentation, and 7 for poster.

Sico (also the presenter), Ramil I. Acebuche, Princess Nicole L. Bio, Keah Charlene T. Daclan, and Russel Joyce S. Flores who were mentored by Prof. Jewell F. Llavore.
The second paper is titled Challenging Times: Burnout and Adversities Faced by Faculty Members in Nursing Education during Pandemic by John Collin B. Casilla (also the presenter), Alia Cassandra G. Bambao, Trisha Mae D. Bautista, Paula Andrea P. Dacaymat, Gamela A. Estoesta, Desserei Anne P. Lictaoa, and Jemuel L. Serdenia who were mentored by Salvador P. Llavore.
These students were accompanied by their Professors in the BS Nursing Program namely Dr. Joel C. Estacio, Sheldy M. Peralta, Jima J. Mamungay.
The Research Congress pooled together participating Higher Education Institutions namely Saint Louis University – Host Institution, Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, Araullo University, Benguet State University, Pangasinan State University, Saint Mary’s University, Easter College Incorporated, University of Northern Philippines, Ifugao State University, University of the Cordilleras, Manila Tytana Colleges, Urdaneta City University.
