Personnel from DMMMSU Open University System (DMMMSU-OUS) participated in the 36th Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU) Annual Conference held in Istanbul, Turkey, from September 28 to 30, 2023.

The event brought together education leaders and experts from across Asia, fostering collaboration and innovation in open and distance education.

The AAOU Annual Conference is a gathering that offers a platform for universities, colleges, and institutions dedicated to open and distance learning to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and explore opportunities in the ever-evolving field of education. This year’s theme, “The Future of Open Universities in the Age of Digitalized Higher Education,” aimed to address the unique educational challenges faced by the region.
