DMMMSU students displayed exceptional writing skills during the essay writing contest during the Provincial Celebration of the 34th National Statistics Month.
Jonecah Lyn P. Lopico, representing the Mid La Union Campus, secured first place. She earned the judges’ nod with her writing prowess. Lopico, who will advance to the Regional Competition, was under the guidance of Mr. Rogelio Joshua Catbagan III.
Ayen Munich E. Clauna, a fourth-year BSE English student at the South La Union Campus, also shone in the contest. She clinched the second place with her compelling essay. Her coach was Mr. Zander Christopher M. Mercado.
The Essay Writing Contest serves as a platform for students to explore and articulate their thoughts on the role of statistics in our society.
