DMMMSU Business Affairs and Resource Development (BARD) held its first personnel office meeting of 2025 at the DMMMSU OUS Conference Room on February 18. Presided over by Dr. Geoffrey M. Badua, BARD Director, the meeting gathered BA and RD Coordinators, Campus and Institute BARD Heads, accountants, IGP managers, bookkeepers, and BARD staff.

The agenda included discussions on financial performance, 2025 OPLAN targets, markup pricing, legal templates, university lanyards, benchmarking activities, incentives, SOPs, and procurement forms.

Dr. Badua emphasized the 2025 OPLAN and addressed challenges in creating a unified markup price list due to varying supplier conditions among operating units.

They also set schedules for project monitoring, discussed legal contract templates, and unveiled the new university lanyard design, which will be available for ₱65 starting next semester.

Discussions on incentives highlighted the need for IGP registration and balance sheet submissions.

The meeting concluded at 1:30 PM, with standardized procurement forms and uniform SOPs emphasized for implementation across DMMMSU units. (By Ayu)
