The University Officials convened at the International Convention Center, Sapilang, Bacnotan, La Union, on January 22, 2025, for performance review and presentation of operational plans. 

Dr. Priscilo P. Fontanilla, Vice President for Planning and Development (VPPD) commenced the proceedings following an insightful message from Dr. Jaime I. Manuel, Jr., the University President. In his message, President Manuel commended all the participants for their dedication and hard work. He also urged all attendees to engage actively in realizing the objectives for 2025, stating, “We must have an ambitious goal for this University so that DMMMSU will become a world-class university.” He also emphasized the importance of aiming the criteria for achieving the highest-level accreditation for State Universities and Colleges (SUC). 

Dr. Angelina T. Gonzales, VP for Research Development and Innovation; Prof. Lilito D. Gavina, VP for Administration and Quality Assurance; Dr. Priscilo P. Fontanilla, VPPD; and Dr. Vicky A. Agpasa, VP for Academic and International Affairs, presented their accomplishments for 2024, along with their strategic plans, activities, and targets for 2025.

The event was organized under the supervision of Dr. Priscilo P. Fontanilla, VPPD, and led by Mr. Charlie C. de Vera, Director for Institutional Planning and Futures Thinking.
