The Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling Program through “The MAGAC PEER” hosted their first session of the MAGAC Coaching Activity at the CGS New Building last December 7, 2024, with MAGAC alumni.
Mr. Chester Alan R. Merza, RPm, RGC, RPsy, Top 8 of 2018 Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination; and Ms. Ma. Cristina Rapanut, CHRA, CMHT, RGC, 2024 Guidance Counselor Examination passer served as the Resource Speakers. They shared their insights and experiences in preparing for the board examination of future RGCs. They also discussed Philosophical, Psychological, and Sociological Foundations of Guidance and Counseling Psychology (Theories, Tools, and Techniques).
The session concluded with a culminating activity led by the President of The MAGAC Peer, Ms. Loren Ann D. Arce.
