The Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) is currently conducting its Online Accreditation at Don Mariano Marcos State University – Mid La Union Campus, South La Union Campus, and the North La Union Campus.  

The survey includes the 4th Survey Visit for the Bachelor of Technical Vocational Teacher Education (BTVTEd) and Bachelor of Technical and Livelihood Education (BTLEd) programs under the College of Education. Additionally, the 4th Survey Visit Cycle 2 evaluates the Ph.D. in Technological Education Management (PhDTEM) and Master of Arts in Technology Education (MATE) programs under the College of Graduate Studies. The accreditation activities in MLUC will run from November 25 to 27, 2024. 

Leading the entire accreditation process is Dr. Manuel T. Sanchez Jr., the Overall Coordinator, from Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISATU). He is joined by his colleagues Dr. Noel S. Quidato (ISATU), Dr. Edilberto Z. Andal (LSPU), and Dr. Cynthia G. Quiambao (TSU), who are conducting the 4th Survey 2nd Cycle for the PhDTEM and MATE programs. Meanwhile, a separate team, tasked with evaluating the BTVTEd and BTLEd programs for 4th Survey accreditation, is composed of Dr. Reynaldo G. Salamat (BulSU), Dr. Elsie M. Canlas (TSU), Dr. Romulo B. Mercado (BulSU), and Dr. Gemma D.C. Santos (NEUST).

Meanwhile, the Master of Science in Computer Science, and Bachelor of Arts in Communication Programs of SLUC, and the Bachelor of Physical Education Program of NLUC are undergoing a Preliminary Survey Visit. The visits will run from November 25 to November 29, 2024.
