Six BEEd students from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University—Angelina Bautista, Christine Estrada, Andrei Melvin Jaravata, Laina Mae Mangaser, Ferdinand Narag, and Rachell Soquila—have successfully published their research in the Educational Process International Journal Volume 13, Issue 3 (2024), released in October.

Under the guidance of their research adviser, Prof. Raphael Job Asuncion, the study highlights the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework, focusing on how AI-based tools can be effectively integrated into education.

Their research specifically explores the readiness of preservice teachers (PSTs) to incorporate AI tools into their teaching practices, assessing individual knowledge components per the TPACK approach. The publication is a significant step in addressing the evolving role of artificial intelligence in educational methodologies and preservice teacher preparation. (By Renz E. Ferrera)
