Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU) submitted its eleven programs for survey visit by the Accrediting Agency of Charted Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. on October 7-11, 2024.

The programs evaluated during the 2nd Survey were BA in English Language, MS in Agribusiness Management, MS in Agroforestry, and MS in Educational Management of the North La Union Campus (NLUC); Batsilyer ng Sining sa Filipino, BA in English Language, BS in Criminology and BS in Psychology of the Mid La Union Campus (MLUC); and Batsilyer ng Sining sa Filipino, BA in English Language and MS in Biology of the South La Union Campus (SLUC).

The event began on October 7, 2024, via a virtual platform. The document evaluation took place right after the opening, on October 8 and 10. An Interview and Virtual Tour were conducted on October 9, and the exit conference and closing program occurred on October 11.

During the opening program, Dr. Junifer E. Tabafunda, Chancellor of NLUC delivered his welcome remarks, Dr. Eduardo C. Corpuz, Chancellor of MLUC, presented the Statement of Purpose, and Dr. Jaime I. Manuel, Jr., DMMMSU President, the Opening Message.

Dr. Harwell Norman M. Merza, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, Prof. Aurora R. Laroya, Dean of the Institute of Criminal Justice System, Dr. Raquel D. Quiambao, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, Dr. Tjaart Jan B. Estrada, Dean of the College of Graduate Studies, Dr. Aisha N. Sevilleja, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, and Dr. Vicky A. Agpasa, Director of the College of Graduate Studies, presented the Accreditation Task Force.

Meanwhile, AACCUP Team Coordinators, Dr. Ferdinand G. Bulusan for Cluster 1, Dr. Analyn M. Gamit for Cluster 2, and Dr. Iris L. Ramirez for Cluster 3 provided an orientation on the survey visit.

The event concluded with a Pledge of Commitment led by the Chancellors of the North, Mid, and South La Union Campuses and a Statement of Dedication from Dr. Jaime I. Manuel, Jr.
