Mr. Celso H. Jucutan, University Director for Environmental Concerns, Sustainability and Development together with Hon. Divine Fontanilla, Municipal Mayor of Bacnotan, La Union attended the sustainable products presentation of various Taiwan-based companies held at Savoy Hotel Newport, Parañaque City on September 25, 2024.

This engagement was made possible through the Advancing Circular Economy for Sustainability (ACES) Philippines – Taiwan Green Business Opportunity Promotion 2024, a program led by the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) of Taiwan. ACES, formerly dubbed as Engage in Green, aimed to engage Taiwanese-owned companies in study missions, site visits and business matching with the Philippines to promote green building materials, energy and environmental products and services.
