Dr. Alfredo B. Fuentes, Jr., an Associate Professor at the College of Education, DMMMSU-SLUC, was recognized as Best Paper Presenter and Best Research Paper (Cluster 8) for his research titled “Using Trigono Card Game for Mastery Learning of Trigonometric Identities” during the National Organization of Science Teachers and Educators (NOSTE) 2024 International Research Conference and Training Workshops 2024 on September 20-22, 2024, in a hybrid format at West Visayas State University and via Zoom.
NOSTE 2024 brought together educators, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners through plenary talks, research presentations, and workshops.
The said international conference was attended by 71 onsite and 51 online participants with a total of 113 papers were presented across different research areas.
Dr. Fuentes’ research paper is currently under review for publication in a Scopus-indexed peer-reviewed journal of the University of New York.
