Rexon A. Chan, a BSEd Major in Social Studies from MLUC College of Education, emerged as the Champion in the provincial qualifying round, securing him a spot as a National Qualifier for the prestigious National Teacher Education Quiz Bee 2024 – The Battle of the Best for Quality Education sponsored by Dr. Carl Balita Review Center (CBRC).

Additionally, DMMMSU North La Union Campus clinched the 1st Runner-Up position, while DMMMSU South La Union Campus secured the 2nd Runner-Up slot.

The national quiz bee is scheduled for May 2024 at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay, Manila. His outstanding performance earned him prizes and a full scholarship for his LET Review.
