The 580th Aircraft Control and Warning Wing of the Philippine Air Force has sought the assistance of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University Mid-La Union Campus (DMMMSU-MLUC) for their knowledge and skills in leadership, communication, and organizational management. A course on Radar and System Components Maintenance Chief Enlisted Manager was scheduled to be conducted by The Wing. The course, known as Class 01-2024, took place from April 1 to 5, 2024.
This specialized course was designed to provide training for officers in the Aerospace Control and Warning System. Incorporated into the Program of Instruction is a module that focuses on Leadership and Ethics, Effective Communication, and Organization Management. This module emphasizes the significance of these skills in preparing individuals for their future roles.
In recognition of DMMMSU-MLUC’s expertise in these areas, the 580th Aircraft Control and Warning Wing has reached out to the university for help. They have requested resource persons from the university to give lectures and lead discussions on these topics during the five-day module.
This collaboration highlights the close partnership between DMMMSU-MLUC and the Philippine Air Force and the university’s dedication to sharing its knowledge and expertise with different sectors of society.
