DOUS has come a long way since 1996 with its infrastructure development projects through its Distance Learning and Edu-media Hub housing Studios 1 and 2, COVID-19 responsive digital classrooms, and library, among others. As part of its commitment to quality instruction, research, and extension, it has continuously capacitated its personnel and expanded its services for students and the community as well through the Kapihan sa DMMMSU and eOpenUiscool — e-platforms/talk shows created in 2020 to cater to the needs of students and beneficiaries of the unit’s extension program.
