Mr. Paul James C. Ganola, Institute of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (IABE) Director, went to Indonesia as a grantee-participant in the Cross-Visits to HEIs in SEAMEO Member Countries under the CHED project titled Leveling-Up Philippine Higher Education Institutions in Agriculture, Fisheries, and Natural Resources (LevelUPHEI AFAR) on November 13 to December 2, 2023.

The program involved presentations, productive discussions, workshops, and educational visits to Science Techno Park IPB, Serambi Botani, Polbangtan, and SEAMEO BIOTROP.

The cross-visits leading to higher education institutions (HEIs) in selected SEAMEO member countries desire to provide participants with improved knowledge, skills, and attitudes on R&D and management and leadership in the context of global challenges to HEIs. (By RMV)
