DMMMSU-MLUC has been granted Safety Seal Certification which is a proof that the Campus is safe to welcome students back to school, expanding more programs opening for limited face-to-face classes. The certification is in compliance with the requirements stipulated in Memorandum Circular No. 2021-053 by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).

MLUC offices granted with Safety Seal Certification include the following: Administration Building, College of Management (COM), College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), College of Education (CE), College of Engineering (COE), College of Information Technology (CIT), College of Technology (COT), Institute of Criminal Justice Education (ICJE), Students Affairs and Services (Clinic), Isolation Facility (Dormitel), and MLUC IGP Canteen.
Students from these programs were welcomed for their limited face-to-face classes on April 4, 2022: BS in Food Technology, BS in Textile and Fashion Technology, BA in Political Science, BS in Psychology, BA in English Language, Batsilyer ng Sining sa Filipino, BS in Criminology, Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education, BS in Information Technology, BS in Business Administration, BS in Office Administration, Bachelor of Public Administration, Bachelor of Elementary Education, and Bachelor of Secondary Education.
