Engr. Alliver B. Sapitula, engineering professor in DMMMSU-MLUC College of Engineering (COE), won the Second Best Research award during the first Virtual International Conference on Humanities, Education, Sciences, Management, Engineering, and Technology (ICHESMET) 2021 on November 25-27, 2021. The conference was anchored in the theme “Accelerating Research for a Resilient and Sustainable Global Community in the Midst of the Pandemic”.

Engr. Sapitula submitted his research titled “Development of Mobile Application-Based Learning Module for Electrical System Design” which merited him the recognition. His research focuses on the development of a mobile application that provides an accessible and interactive learning environment for students of Electrical System Design. It also contains an assessment feature.
The 3-day international conference is a partnership project of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Graduate School’s Research and Extension Office, Van Lang University of Vietnam, and Mechatronics and Robotics Society of the Philippines (MRSP) NCR Chapter in collaboration with various institutions in Asia.
The international conference was specifically designed to produce excellent outcomes in humanities, education, applied sciences, management, engineering, and technology. It bought together researchers, scientists, technicians, and scholars from various fields in order to spread original research conclusions, new ideas, and developmental practices that produce genuine outcomes.
