To provide sufficient resources to students, faculty members, and researchers, DMMMSU has entered into a subscription agreement with CE-Logic, Inc., the sole provider of Gale Reference in the Philippines. The subscription fee amounting to PhP 700, 000 was appropriated from Integrated Library Systems (ILS) Fund.

Gale Reference Complete, which offers high quality and authoritative contents, provides unlimited access to multi-disciplinary titles. Its other features include more than 33, 000 journal titles, more than 1, 800 titles of encyclopedia, and downloadable articles.
