Following the oath-taking ceremonies, Chancellor Floribeth P. Cuison presented the university and campus officials to the contractual and temporary faculty members of the campus.

Cuison reiterated President Manuel’s goal of strengthening the research culture in DMMMSU and encouraged collaborations between colleges.

She also gave an inspirational message through her life experiences as a passionate learner and educator.

She thanked the faculty members for their commitment to the university, and said “You have my best wishes. Together let us inspire minds and create the future”.

Dr. Nona Rivera, Head of Instruction, then presented to the body how workload is computed and some guidelines in accomplishing the new IPCR and performance evaluations.

Prof. Jo Ann Rulla, FAD Regent, discussed how to become a member of the Faculty Association of DMMMSU and the benefits from the membership.

The last topic was given by Ms. Marissa Abacco, HR Head. She discussed the DMMMSU Commitment of Faculty.
