On August 16, six students and two administrators from Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS), Indonesia arrived in the Philippines for the pioneer project of both institutions.
Coming from the largest Moslem country in the world, the six English and Mathematics majors assigned at the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and College of Education (CE) of the South La Union Campus (SLUC) will experience quality classroom immersions for the First Semester of AY 2019-2020.
The two administrators are scheduled for academic meetings and campus tours for the next three days before flying back to Indonesia.
For the four months of their schooling in SLUC, DMMMSU wishes them their best education experience in any foreign land outside Indonesia through intensive trainings, cultural tours, and community involvement.
