Interested and qualified applicants are advised to submit seven (7) sets of their Application Letter, fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-size picture, photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license, photocopy of Transcript of Records, and other documents to support qualification on or before August 15, 2019 to the SRDI-HRMO, Sapilang, Bacnotan, La Union.

Applicants with INCOMPLETE documents shall not be entertained.
