To make the campus a more environment-friendly institution, the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – Mid La Union Campus (DMMMSU-MLUC) and the Rotary Club of San Fernando City North conducted a tree planting activity, July 1, 2019.
The project was spearheaded by Dr. Jaime I. Manuel, Jr., DMMMSU President; Dr. Eduardo C. Corpuz, MLUC Chancellor; and Mr. Florencio Celino, president of the sponsoring rotary club.
Almost a hundred of narra seedlings were planted by the participating officers and members of the Rotary Club, and campus auxiliary unit headed by Mr. Danilo Aquino at the campus oval, near the ladies dormitory.
